Works by “Artists Of June 25” featured at the Charterhouse until July 5

At the prestigious Carthusian Monastery of Bagheria, until July 5, present the works of “Artists Of June 25” Giovanni Frattini, Genziana Buttitta, Francesco Caruso, Giovanni Varisco, Grazia D’Agata, Adele Musso, Monica Vitellaro, Barbara Sirtoli, Sara Granà, Maria Rita Bordonaro, Loredana Allenza and Sabrina Gianforte . Opening the doors was the charity event, organized by Franco Aliotta, for the victims of the 5 workers who lost their lives in Casteldaccia, the proceeds of 1,300.00 euros donated to their families. Synergy and collaboration were the strength of this event. Thanks to all those involved who made this important charitable evening possible: from the mayor of Casteldaccia, the Honorable Giovanni di Giacinto, and Councillor Maria La Monica, the Fidapa of Bagheria, to the students of the Renato Guttuso art high school who paraded the clothes they made themed “the Sicilian Summer,” to violinist Marcello Dalfino and singer Giusy Graniti who graced the evening, to Pino Grasso who presented the ‘event, to the tastings of local products compliments of Salvo Molinaro’s Bacio bar, Totuccio di Marco’s Bar Ester, U Baruneddu with delicious native jams, the sfincione bagherese of “Piana d’oro” directed by Michele Balistreri and the prestigious Corvo Duca di Salaparuta wines.
The artists’ paintings can be admired, at the Toy and Wax Museum, until July 5 free admission.
