“Tramonti di parole”: The review changes location. The events in Bagheria, at villa Butera!
Friday, September 13, 2024
Change of location for the literary review “Tramonti di parole” organized by the Sicilian Parliamentary Press Syndicate in collaboration with the Preatoni family’s Domina hotel group, Innovation Island and Restart Palermo. The events in September and the last on the calendar in the first decade of October will be held at Villa Butera in Bagheria.
A change that was made possible thanks to the sensitivity shown by the City of Bagheria, which immediately accepted the organizers’ proposal after the cancellation of the initiatives at the Domina-Zagarella following the Bayesian yacht tragedy, as a token of sympathy for the victims of the shipwreck. The organizers thanked the city administration and in particular Mayor Filippo Maria Tripoli, Vice Mayor Daniele Vella, culture manager Onofrio Lisuzzo and journalist in charge of communications Marina Mancini.
The first event at Villa Butera will be held on Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., with the presentation of the book the “Song of the Casbah” by Giovanni Franco and Nicola Cristaldi. The event has the patronage of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, the Presidency of the Sicilian Region, the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the Municipality of Bagheria.
