“Tramonti di parole” at Villa Butera: “The Song of the Casbah”

The events of the literary review “Tramonti di parole” promoted by the Sicilian Parliamentary Press Syndicate in collaboration with the Preatoni family’s Domina hotel group, Innovation Island and Restart Palermo are resuming.
At Villa Butera (Bagheria) on Friday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m., the book “The Song of the Casbah” Libridine editions, by journalist Giovanni Franco and former president of the Ars Nicola Cristaldi, will be presented.Dialoguing with the writers will be journalist Marina Mancini, communications manager for the City of Bagheria.
Sponsoring the event is the Domina hotel group, which will offer a wine tasting. Admission is free.
The review has the patronage of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, the Presidency of the Sicilian Region, the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the City of Bagheria.
The following events:
– on Sept. 27 “Anti-Mafia Night” by journalist Lucio Luca;
– on Oct. 09 “The Prophecy of CL” by journalist Marco Ascione;
– on Oct. 18, Prof. Gianni Puglisi recounts the ’63 group that met in the Zagarella Hotel in Santa Flavia and animated the intellectual debate in Italy.
