The Home of the Paladins, originally a historic dominical house, is a vacation apartment complex located in a detached building with a small garden in the inner courtyard, housing several self-contained studio apartments of different sizes, all equipped with kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, sink, refrigerator; and all with en-suite bathroom, with shower.
This historic building, located in the heart of Bagheria, has a special connection with local tradition: in fact, its cellars are said to have been used occasionally as a small puppet theater. Puppet operas were performed here, enacting epic-chivalric stories from the Carolingian cycle of the paladins of France and from Arthurian and Breton novels. In homage to this cultural tradition, the Mansion and its rooms were named after the Paladins, the legendary heroes of the plays. The architecture and design of the apartments recall details such as the wires and irons with which the “puppets” were operated by the “puppeteer”.
Our studio apartments, which are just a 15-minute walk from the Guttuso Museum and 10 minutes from the train station, combine contemporary design and modern comfort.
All apartments are equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, Smart TV 40” flat screen, autonomous AC in every room.
