The exhibition draws inspiration from the graphic novel of the same name by Franz Masarel and the animated film by Berthold

nude female figures, linked in a new nonlinear interpretation of Masarel’s graphic novel.

The installation/videosculpture is realized through the skillful use of video technology integrated into a
sculptural physical structure, in which the artist transforms Villa Cattolica into a vibrant stage, where the
intertwine images and sounds that evoke the depth of Sicilian roots. The video sculpture explores themes
such as collective memory, cultural identity and the dialogue between tradition and modernity.
