Third appointment with the literary review “Tramonti di parole” in the picturesque setting of the terrace by the sea at the Domina-Zagarella in Santa Flavia: tomorrow, Friday, July 5, starting at 7 p.m., journalist and writer Giovanni Villino presents the novel “Negare il bene,” published by I Buoni Cugini Editori.
With him will dialogue journalist Antonio Giordano, secretary of the Sicilian Parliamentary Press. Sponsor of the evening is the Granamaro company of Caltanissetta, which produces the first bitter distilled from wheat. The event was sponsored by the Sicilian Parliamentary Press Syndicate in collaboration with the Preatoni family’s Domina hotel group, Innovation Island and Restart Palermo. The Sicilian Regional Assembly, the Presidency of the Sicilian Region, the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the City of Bagheria granted patronage.
“Denying the Good” tells the story of a precarious journalist, Salvatore Luce. Impatient with relatives and friends, indolent in relationships, he devotes himself body and soul to his job, which he loves and loathes. For years he has been writing about judicial matters for a Palermo newspaper. One rainy June morning a crime will challenge his entire life. He will have to confront a difficult story.
