With exercise done correctly, we will have prevention of recurrence of musculoskeletal dysfunction. If the muscles are well-exercised, this will result in enormous benefits to the body, including circulatory and respiratory benefits, improvement of the bone tissue pattern and nerve cells, and stimulation of pancreatic beta cells to release insulin. Not to be overlooked is the contribution to good mood through the release of molecules such as endorphin and serotonin. This book is primarily aimed at a user base of patients who have had pain, stiffness, or restricted movement, and once the problem is resolved or reduced, they begin to perform these exercises. In addition, they are excellent for patients who want to be in physical well-being by improving posture by practicing them daily. Not only that, the exercises are also good for patients who are in a rehabilitation phase, so they have an acute problem. In this case they can perform them, but more cautiously. If, on the other hand, muscle strengthening is to be achieved, these exercises can be used progressively by always putting a heavier load and increasing the repetitions.
