Bagheria, Sept. 21, 2024 – Under the patronage of the Municipality of Bagheria, the CC Motorday – Palermo Section has organized an extraordinary day of charity, with the event called “Incontro Bariota” aimed at raising funds for solidarity initiatives.
The motorcyclists will arrive from the city of Palermo heading to one of the symbols of Sicilian culture: Villa Cattolica, home of the museum dedicated to the famous painter Renato Guttuso. A cultural tour that does not stop there: to follow, a visit to the Anchovy Museum has been planned, to let participants discover the traditions related to the fishing and preservation of the fish, fundamental to the economic and cultural history of the area.
The event was enthusiastically welcomed by the Bagheria municipal delegation, which proudly supports the initiative. The day will end with a short convivial gathering at a well-known local restaurant in the city, the official sponsor of the event, where participants can relax and share the day’s experiences.
The proceeds will be used to purchase a good to be donated to Caritas, with the goal of supporting the neediest in the Bagheria area.
The event represents not only an opportunity to bring together motorcycle and culture enthusiasts, but also a concrete gesture of solidarity, showing once again the importance of community and active participation.
