On Sunday 6 April 2025, Bagheria will be transformed into a rainbow of joy with the event “È Primavera – Insieme in Bici”, a bike ride dedicated to children and families. The initiative, organized by the ASD GDS TEAM COMPETITION with the patronage of the Municipality of Bagheria, is promoted by the Department of Sport led by Antonella Insinga with the collaboration of the Department of Social Policies, led by Emanuele Tornatore.
The departure of the caravan of cyclists will start from Piazza Butera at 9:30, and will continue along the route that will wind towards Villa Butera, Corso Butera and Corso Umberto I, to arrive at the final finish line, scheduled for 11:30 in Piazza Garibaldi. Here, participants will be able to conclude the ride in a festive atmosphere with the delivery of water and gadgets.
“It’s Spring – Together in Bike” is not only an opportunity to do physical activity outdoors, but also a moment to strengthen the sense of community and spend quality time with the family. The ASD GDS TEAM COMPETITION and the Municipality of Bagheria invite all citizens to participate in large numbers in this day of sport, fun and sharing. The event is free and open to all. It is recommended to wear comfortable and colorful clothing. The use of helmets is mandatory for children.
