The theme “faith and power” will be at the center of a discussion between Bishop Emeritus Monsignor Domenico Mogavero and the president of the Regional Anti-Mafia Commission Antonello Cracolici, scheduled to take place at Villa Butera in Bagheria where on Wednesday, Oct. 9, starting at 6 p.m., the book “The Prophecy of CL” will be presented. A text on the history of the Communion and Liberation movement, written for Solferino Editions by Marco Ascione, a Corriere della Sera journalist in charge of the newspaper’s political editorial staff. Maria Gabriella Ricotta will moderate the debate and animate the reflection on the role of CL starting from the subtitle of Ascione’s book, “From Formigoni to the Carron Revolution and Beyond.” The event is part of the review “Tramonti di parole” promoted by the Sicilian Parliamentary Press in collaboration with the Preatoni family’s Domina hotel group, Innovation Island and Restart Palermo. Admission is free. The review has the patronage of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, the Presidency of the Sicilian Region, the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the Municipality of Bagheria.
