Homage to the Santuzza by bagherese painter Caterina Guttuso

On the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the Feast of Santa Rosalia, Baghera painter Caterina Guttuso pays homage to the Santuzza with one of her works. It is a canvas (m.1 05 x m. 2.10) in which the painter wanted to represent the 16-year-old girl who decided to devote herself to the passion for Christ. The painting will be displayed on the façade of the bookstore of the Pauline sisters, in front of the Cathedral, and will frame the passage of the Saint’s chariot. The city administration congratulates the Baghdad artist.
