Easter 2024: First edition of “Happy Easter and Pupu cu l’Ova”

“Happy Easter & Pupu cu l’Ova” is the event organized on the occasion of the Easter holidays that will take place on Monday, March 25, 2024
between Piazza Palagonia and Villa Butera sponsored by the City of Bagheria.
The initiative proposed by the LLL4Eu association chaired by Chiara Audia is organized in collaboration with the school institutes, “Carducci – Gramsci,” “Ciro Scianna” and “Renato Guttuso,” with the associations “La Piana D’Oro,” “Piana di Baaria,” “Samot,” “Le Muse” with the Youth Council of Bagheria and the training organization Euroform.
The event will be held both in the morning and afternoon.
Scheduled is the setting up of “Easter trees” with the decoration of orange trees allocated along Corso Umberto I.
Activities are planned during the morning and afternoon that will take place corso Umberto I and conclude at Villa Butera.
Activities include a workshop by the Conti bakery, the associations “La Piana D’Oro” and “Piana di Bagheria” by Euroform, which will be followed by the “caccia al pupu cu l’ova.”
Also on the program, traditional Portuguese songs by the students and teachers of theAgrupamento De Escolas do Barreiro.
