Concert Season City of Bagheria, starts the Piano Review “BAHARIA PIANO CITY”
Saturday, October 26 at Villa Butera
The cultural association “Bequadro”, which has always been committed to the promotion of music, presents a new and prestigious piano series in collaboration with the Sicilian Association for Chamber Music Ars Nova of Palermo.
On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, Ars Nova brings to Bagheria a series of concerts that will feature young talents and internationally renowned pianists. All appointments will take place in the evocative setting of the Fumagalli Martorana Hall of Villa Butera, starting at 7 p.m. (exceptionally at 9 p.m. for the Oct. 26 concert). Admission is by invitation and while seats in the hall last.
The review, sponsored by the City of Bagheria, will offer the public the opportunity to hear interpretations of the highest level, ranging from the great classics of the piano repertoire to more contemporary compositions.

The mayor of Bagheria, Filippo Maria Tripoli, together with the councillor for Public Education, Antonella Insinga, and the councillor for Tourism, Francesco Gurrado, will participate in the inaugural event, stressing the importance of cultural initiatives such as these for the enhancement of the territory.
