During the recent Extra-hotel Tourism Exchange (BTE) which took place in Palermo, the city councilor Onofrio Antonello Gargano, delegated for the promotion, dissemination and valorisation of the history of the traditions of the uses and customs of the territory, was interviewed by the newspaper journalistic Italiaabsolutely.
The councilor had the opportunity, thanks also to the opportunity of meetings that take place at the BTE, to promote the city of Bagheria.
Gargano recounted the many reasons why Bagheria should be on every traveler’s bucket list. The councilor’s enthusiastic promotion has put the spotlight on the Sicilian gem, rich in history, culture and culinary delights that is Bagheria.
Among the reasons praised by councilor Gargano for visiting “The city of Villas and Taste”: the two Michelin-starred restaurants, its historic villas and the Guttuso museum, housed in Villa Cattolica, considered “one of the most important art museums in the Mediterranean”. But also the 500 B&Bs present in the city and in the seaside village of Aspra, which makes Bagheria an ideal destination for visiting the region.
