‘WHY YOU ARE A SPECIAL BEING’, ‘EMOTION HAS NO VOICE’, ‘YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL’, ‘BACIAMI ANCORA’, ‘SARA’ PERCHE‘ TI AMO’... These and many other iconic phrases of Italian song now resonate in the heart of Bagheria, thanks to the initiative of a group of creative and passionate young people.
In the wake of the success of similar projects in other Italian cities, Bagheria has seen the birth of ‘l’Arco dell’Amore’, an evocative installation celebrating love in all its forms. Realised thanks to the efforts of Gaetano Sampino, Flavio Scaduto, Federico Gagliano and the collaboration of the Vice President of the City Council Luca Pagano, the work is a tribute to Italian music and an invitation to rediscover the beauty of the most authentic feelings.
The Arco dell’Amore has been set up in the heart of the historic centre, transforming a corner of Bagheria into a romantic and evocative space. The initiative, which is part of the rich programme of Christmas festivities, aims to enhance the area and create a magical and engaging atmosphere.
The young creators of the Arco dell’Amore wanted to give the city a unique and unforgettable experience. The installation, entirely realised free of charge, is an example of how creativity and passion can make a difference.
The municipal administration of Bagheria thanks the young artists for their brilliant idea and commitment. Thanks are also due to Council Vice-President Luca Pagano, who was personally involved in the organisation.
