Adverse weather conditions: events of the feast of Aspra’s patron saint are postponed
to Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024
Due to the adverse weather forecast for the coming hours, some important changes to the program of the festivities in honor of Maria Santissima Addolorata, Patron Saint of Aspra, are announced.
The cabaret show, the “Four Flavors” show, originally scheduled for this evening, has been postponed to Sunday, Sept. 22.
The fireworks show scheduled for the final evening on Sept. 15 has been moved to Sunday, Sept. 22.
The new event dates were dictated by the desire to ensure maximum safety and usability for all participants.
All believers and citizens are invited to take note of these changes and spread the word.
The Parish of Aspra and the Bagheria Municipal Administration thank you for your understanding and renew the invitation to participate in large numbers in the festivities, which will conclude in beauty on Sept. 22 with fireworks.
