The City of Bagheria is pleased to announce the presentation of the book “Bagheria, History of a City Born by Chance” by Giuseppe Bagnasco and Angelo Di Salvo. The appointment is for Sunday, Sept. 22, at 5 p.m., at the Villa Butera Theater.
It is a work that reveals the secrets of the founding and development of our city, recounting anecdotes, events and characters that have marked its past. A fascinating journey through the centuries to rediscover the roots and identity of Bagheria.
The presentation, coordinated by City Hall journalist Marina Mancini, will be attended by authors Giuseppe Bagnasco, president of Circolo Culturale Giacomo Giardina, who will present the historical background, and Angelo Di Salvo, historian and president of La Nuova Scintilla association, who will talk about the founding and development of Bagheria.
The event, sponsored by the City of Bagheria, is an opportunity to learn more about the history of the City of Villas and Taste and to celebrate the work of the authors.
