News for the citizens and tourists of Bagheria: starting on Friday, August 23, 2024, a completely free shuttle bus service will come into operation,
which will connect the main seaside resorts in the municipal territory.
The service is experimental and the delay for the start-up was caused due to the local elections and the new settlement.
The initiative, possible thanks to the fruitful collaboration with the Gac Golfo di Termini Imerese,
represents a first step toward sustainable mobility and easier enjoyment of the area.
The shuttle bus will make nr. 8 stops, departing from Piazza Madrice in Bagheria and reaching the station, Villa Cattolica,
the seaside village of Aspra and the beaches of Sarello, Colonia, Chalet, la Playa and Ippocampo.
Departure times from the terminus:
9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 16:00, 17,30, 19:00.
