“Differently autonomous” conference by the association Una Marcia in Più ODV ETS

The municipal administration of Bagheria with Mayor Filippo Maria Tripoli will also be present at the conference entitled “Diversamente Autonomi” to be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., at Villarosa Palace, organized and desired by the “Una Marcia In Più” association.
Welcoming and introducing the conference will be the president of the association “Una Marcia In Più ODV ETS” Rita Pecoraro and vice president Giuseppe Lo Medico.
Reporting on the theme: “Rehabilitation and the figure of the TNPEE” will be Licia Cannizzaro, developmental neuro and psychomotricity therapist. Maria Fabiola Saguto psychologist and relational systemic psychotherapist will speak on the theme of psychotherapy as a companion.
The conference will continue by also emphasizing the theme of autonomy as a life project.
Pedagogical Assumptions and Itineraries on which Giuseppa Compagno, associate professor of didactics and special pedagogy at the University of Palermo, will speak.
The program will conclude with one of the goals of the association, “Shaping Action for Tourism for All,” with a talk by Giovanni Ruggeri, associate professor of Economics, Business and Statistics at the University of Palermo.
The conference will be concluded by the mayor of Bagheria, Filippo Maria Tripoli whose administration is particularly attentive to disability issues. Moderating the conference proceedings will be journalist Marina Mancini.

A MARCH IN MORE ODV – ETS is an association born from the initiative of two people with disabilities who want to change the global view of diversification and raise awareness of the phenomenon.
The association has set as its goal the opening of a physical center and the development of an online platform for service delivery.
The association’s mission is to improve quality of life and autonomy by making the diversified person an active part of their lives.
The association is very active on the web with its own social media and a website full of information about and for disability, on which lists of places where people with disabilities can go without the stress of architectural barriers, to fully enjoy outings and trips are provided.
