On the occasion of the procession of the Dead Christ and Our Lady of Sorrows, which will take place on Friday, April 18, 2025, with ordinance no. 37 of April 14, 2025, signed by the commander of the Municipal Police, Colonel Dr. Francesca Annaro, circulation and parking are prohibited on both sides, with forced removal of all categories of vehicles, from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and in any case until the end of the procession, in the following streets: Piazza Mons. Cipolla throughout the perimeter; Via Zara (from Via F.sco Tempra to the Villaggio del Pescatore); Largo Bambini Scomparsi (small square between Via F.sco Tempra, Corso Italia and Via A. Doria); Villaggio del Pescatore (throughout the perimeter); Via Gabriele D’Annunzio (from Via F.sco Tempra to Via Filippo Aiello); Via Filippo Aiello (from Via Gabriele D’Annunzio to Via Mons. Cipolla).
The procession will start from the gathering point in Piazza Mons. Cipolla and will wind through the streets of Borgo Marinaro, with the procession arriving at the church of Maria Santissima Addolorata in Aspra.
