Maurone Brace Primordiale is the brainchild of Mauro Aiello the owner.
The formula is that of the braceria, a proposal that focuses on wood barbecue cooking and smoking with the American method.
In the dining room one can enjoy large showcases of dry aged various cuts and choose them personally at the counter.
This is complemented by various offerings of sandwiches, burgers and the butcher’s department with great classics such as stigghiola, sausage and skewers.
The atmosphere is elegant and familiar with the goal of making special moments for the customer to go through a true carnivorous experience.
